Official Hardcore was the most fun WoW has been since the good old days. Seriously, I felt immersed like it was 2005 again. Every day I have to fight not to reinstall it and start over because I know I'll just end up no-lifing it for the next 3 months and put on 30 pounds of weight, and I'm getting too old for that shit.

People who watch others die and stand next to them on purpose are assholes. Y'all can claim it's about the rules of hardcore, but basic human decency says to help out. Letting someone have wasted hours just so you can get a mob yourself or any other reason which might save you minutes makes you an asshole. Hijacking top comment to say this to whoever let that rogue die. I have comment notifications off, have fun nerds who get mad about it. Don't be a dipshit. In before "you're the rogue DURR" comment. For the record I don't play the game precisely because of this immature community that wouldn't have any balls to act like that in real life.

6:06 Dear tank players. If you notice your healer uses Flash Heal or Lesser Healing Wave on a regular basis, consider leaving the group. They clearly don't know what they are doing. Just notice how quickly that guy burns through all his mana due to poor spell choice and missing healing rotation alone. Huge red flag

The whole guild rolling up to evacuate their boy is peak wow gameplay even though the petri alt F4 unstuck combo is pretty lame that made for a really cool high stakes scenario.

Logically speaking, no one should play HC. It's a MMO (mass multiplayer) yet any of the multiplayer content requires you to play potentially with people like that. . Just go do a hardcore challenge on a single player game actually built to have you as the only variable...

the takeaway from the duel do it in clear, open ground. not hilly terrain with random mobs even if they're level 7. if anyone had noticed they wolf they probably coulda one shot it.

Losing a duel should heal you for like 20% or give you a shield for a few seconds. Doing duels is just too nerve wracking. Have seen people die from actual bugs where a debuff did not get removed or damage was applied with a delay.

those aq20 packs aren't sketch... put pets , voidwalkers, totems etc on a stack outside of the group or have one the tanks stand outside the group to each charges. Anyone that can dispel a poison should be finding a target that has the debuff that signals its about to turn into poison an be pre-emptively dispelling. Those packs are easy just requires little extra from the raid.

I think the streamers have decided to do another HC big thing, but probably on SSF mode, which will take away the detriments of "oh they bought gold" etc that happened with the last HC run.

@@CodeZeeZ Just confirmed by Guzu that they will indeed roll SSF chars and try to do something all together. Still unknown if people will roll EU or US (guess US for obvious reasons) - but it would be a fun thing to watch. Imagine a MakGora tourney but with SSF - so people have to farm tenfold as hard to get all the necessary stuff, pots, engi, what-have-you. Or attempting another MC. Now that would be a great thing - especially if Rav The Avatar grace their attempt with his presence!

Never played wow, but at 20:15 the sapper charge (which is supposed to self damage for 375-625) deals 888 damage. Did he crit himself with the sapper charge? What even are the odds of that happening?

I view knowledge and education as entertainment so learning how this man could have done this ridiculous feat was really engaging. I'm the kind of person who if I got into wow I would probably start on hard-core solo self found for my first few characters because base wow and retail wow don't really look all that challenging, and having to do extensive prep, research, and theory crafting for stuff is fun

With healing gear, I think rank 1 flash heal is one of paladins most efficient mana heals

The reason ozzy was so excited and seemed happy even after his tank died was because he had just popped off after a close duel and was mid celebration. Those chemicals don't clear out immediately so he was likely feeling super pumped from winning, but also super regretful for his tank dying

That healer in RFK is absolute trash. Bro what are you doing? Literally all you needed to do was spam rank 1 Flash of Light. No need for LoH... You stop casting and start moving back and forth while the group hp falls to half and then start healing a dps instead of the tank who's at 25% hp... then burn LoH while at full mana... canceled a cast after taking a shadowbolt, pointlessly bubble after it doesn't matter... lmfao. Don't rage at your group dude it's literally your fault because you're bad; you had everything you needed to carry that. Stop moving around. Stand still and SPAM Flash of Light. It's that simple.

These videos still just remind me that classic players actually are brain dead. Did no one at all consider the fact that even if it was a lower level area, that when you duel and end at 1hp all it takes is one hit from anything to kill you? So why duel where there might be enemies? Every death is stupid shit like that (or a mage being greedy).
