Whenever I have to spell a long word like pneumonoultramicroscopicsilicovolcanoconiosis, I break it in parts. Usually because the parts itself can be identified as words or related to the words. In the long word above, we need to break it in pneu, mono, ultra, microscopic, silico, volcano, coniosis. It is easy to spell all these words. Then we can join them to make the long word. Similarly in antidisestablishmentarianism, it is broken as anti, dis, establishment, Arian, ism. Join all these and make the long word. This is the methods I use if I have to spell words with over twenty letters.
