No. But spreading the gospel is a good thing, and we are called to suffer as Christians. I think Gods plans are wonderful, even if not from a worldly sense of happy/sad meaning of “wonderful.” I don’t mean that everyone’s lives will be wonderful, but Gods plan is always wonderful from the sense that he is loving, just, and jealous. His plans are perfect the way they are and it’s borderline blasphemy to say his plans aren’t perfect and just.

My husband and I came from S. Korea to the US for starting a new life. In the first couple of years in the US, we faced so many unexpected hardships. We couldn’t think it was our new life. One day, after attending the ESL program which was held at some church, I was thinking about God; who He is, what the meaning of God’s love is and so on. I attended the American church the following Sunday then that’s how my and then later my husband’s as well “new life” has begun. I was saved by God’s grace in a half of the other side of the earth. Trinity God, His word the Bible, that’s it for now!

Many churches near us preach that sugary sweet message: "God has a wonderful plan for your life". They have a half-message. Lovingly talking with members about the truth of sin and repenting is not what they do - not ever. What can be done about it? They get so angry if anyone points this out.

I need a proof: something cannot come from nothing-> in the beginning there was something-> there must have been a first thing. What can we know about the first thing? 1. the first thing had no start(because nothing came before it to start it)-> the first thing is eternal. 2. Thanks for bringing up the “wonderful plan” fallacy. Another example of persecuted people may be the early Anabaptists in the hands of both Catholics and Protestants. The Anabaptists don’t hold to unbiblical doctrines like infant baptism, yet they were persecuted severely. They didn’t expect a “wonderful plan for their lives.” Again thanks for this video. @@deerejohn4525 It's wonderful in the sense that God edifies us in this life through our experiences and the next "life" is great beyond our wildest dreams - however, nowhere in the Bible, does the Bible say that THIS life is going to be a "wonderful ride". God's plan for us all is good, however, I wouldn't describe this life that He has for us as wonderful, since we are going to suffer in this life and God uses that suffering to edify us.

God either tortures people in hell or hell is the same as heaven. Even though he might consider them bad people they are still people and therefore are getting tortured in some way or another. happiness is not freewil it's the ability to feel emotions. If you feel sad because of the fact that your dad can't go to heaven or wife you may hate God. Of course if you hate God he might send you to hell. I agree, is Jesus sacrifice not enough and thus works is the answer? Is Gods mercy not enough? Do our works count as more? Obviously one should try to always be better. But not everyone nails life in an instant . God is patient and forgiving, he wouldn’t need to be either if he wasn’t willing to allow us to grow and get closer to him. Again one should always be trying and getting better. Ray seems to blur the lines between which form of salvation he preaches .
