They’re both wrong and they both should take responsibility. But for JK being an ass who cares only about himself, should feel the guilt that he himself caused. And Bora, there’s something fishy about her. I think she will only use JK for his money and leave him for someone else, or she already has a boyfriend on the side and JK will catch her cheating on him. When YN has the baby and raises him/her by herself, JK will see how the mother and son are doing well without having to ask for his help.
