South Korea is such a homophobic country. Unlike other modern countries South Korea is far behind when it comes to Lgbtq rights. I’m a Korean living in Sweden and it’s criminal to discriminate someone for their sexual orientation. It’s criminal to discriminate in public and on work places. If someone would show their homophobia openly they would lose their friends because it’s totally unacceptable. In Sweden there are gays holding hands but no one cares and no one should. There are also many gay celebrities, designers, tv-chefs, singers, actors, tv-hosts etc.
