I respect the fact that John Erwin wants to live a quiet and peaceful life. He did come back to voice He-Man for a brief cameo in an episode of Family Guy, which was awesome, but if Mr. Erwin wants to have his privacy, I understand. At the very least, it shows how he doesn't care about making appearances and being in the limelight, and he's okay with the fact that he's inspired many people over the decades as He-Man.

John Erwin... Wherever you are.... We love you, we adore you, you gave a great voice in our childhood. We would love to see you and honour you. Falling that, a little video clip just to show you speaking as He Man and saying Hello would be fabulous. I love putting the face to the voice. Love voice actors - so inspirational.

He has always been that way, John Erwin is very extremely reclusive, he has always avoided the public, never has and won't do interviews either, conventions or shows are completely out of the question for him. Even though this person passed away in 2018, I like to compare John Erwin to the late Steve Ditko, I feel they are very similar in terms of how they always avoided the public or kept themselves invisible to society, avoided any type of publicity, etc. A major reason why John Erwin is like that, is because in his perspective or mindset, he doesn't want to ruin or break the illusion of the character He-Man.

I think the closest we ever got, and this just speaks volumes about John Erwin's character, but he and Oppenheimer teamed up as He-Man and Cringer, to surprise a young fan, I can't remember if they were sick, or they had lost their father, but they did a voice message for him, and it was beautiful.

I’m so glad they made He-Man the way they did. Every detail about his look and character choices serves a purpose and gives us perfection for kids to aspire and learn how to focus your energy when you need it because we are all more powerful than we can imagine and that’s the reason to never give up. He gives the audience perfection of character that anyone can exemplify towards others who are in need around us and be kind about it. It was nice that he never got himself mixed up with shit until he was really needed. I’m very lucky to have grown up on this because it has been impactful to my success throughout my life.
