He reminds me of the Character Eddy Guardo from the video game TEKKEN has some of the same exact moves especially those FLARES. This Guy has the SMOOTHEST and I do mean SMOOTHEST FLARES I’ve ever seen Hands down. There’s also a movie called Only The Strong that had a Dance style called the JENGA with very much similar moves.
