Honestly been having such a tough time, being away from home and family over Christmas. Cycling GK is a nice break in the week where I can just enjoy some banter, football and cycling all in one. The sights in that ride were beautiful too and makes you fall in love with England more and more. My guess for the heart rate is 138, I'm going specific 😂😂 a nice farming heart rate monitor would be lovely to constantly work on improving myself!

162 BPM, my dads got a strange irregular heartbeat thing going on at the moment and didn’t know these existed! Will 100% be looking into these because the doctors struggle without any data. Be interesting to see if these could be used in a medical field in the future, exciting times!
