That's awesome. I wish Dr. Dispenza's healing capabilities weren't behind a paywall for very poor and sick individuals such as myself. If anyone has any way they know how I can benefit from his teachings and meditations aside from the books, that would be amazing. Thank you. ❤

What do you mean "his healing capabilities". The healing work is done through meditation. You can do that at home. Books are great, and there are plenty of his meditations here on KZbin. There are plenty of testimonies of people healing themselves at home. You can also request healing from the healing groups. Wishing you the best! You can do this!🎉
@SaritaGeisel

there are people sharing the meditations for free on Reddit if you look. Also on KZbin there are some. Between the books and meditations available online for free you can definitely do this without needing to spend much at all

Excuse my username I had it since the beginning of youtube lol. But my fellow human friend. It’s about changing beliefs. Find out about Neville Goddard. But if you stick with Joe go on and find some meditations that work for you. Really dial. Focus. And every time you get distracted or have a distracting thought you notice it and get back. Getting back to focusing on the meditation. Keep doing it. You are reprogramming your mind. Once your mind finally gets it it starts to work that instruction for you. Also watch the testimonial before this one. About a woman who had bone marrow cancer and ms. She overcame it all. Without any event visits. It’s all in you. Give your mind/body new instructions. Keep doing it. Over and over and over. Never stop. Don’t look for the outcome. Be the outcome. Over and over. ❤

These stories are so inspiring! Also make me a tad envious of this happening right away for someone. I have been wanting so badly to have a transformative meditative experience and have been meditating with Dr. Joe's meditations for 30 minutes every day for almost two years now and have yet to experience that. I keep trying to figure out what I am doing wrong and re-reading book after book. Finally am taking a break right now from trying to figure it out but am still meditating every day. There is also a huge disconnect in my daily life from the elevated feelings I create within my meditation time. I am also struggling to come to grips with this and change fully. Like I said, very envious of those it comes so easily and quickly to, but I will never stop trying. Just also curious of how long is too long to keep trying before it is confirmed that I am doing something incorrectly.

I found a podcast from 3 years ago with Dr Joe, I thought I'd seen ALL of the interviews but this was new to me, it just came up on my feed so I watched it. For the first time in about a year something clicked - I was going into the meditations wanting to heal, but realised that I needed to be going into them just for the sake of doing them, not for anything specific, to feel free and without any expectations, to not try to force something or try to control anything. From the podcast I also realised that I'm no different to any one else who has healed, and that nobody is telling me "no, you can't" other than myself. So, in a nutshell, since 3 days ago, I have been doing my meditations without expectation but prior to each session I've been confirming to myself to just enjoy it and relax. The first meditation I did after that confirmation/mind shift was lovely, deeply relaxing and emotional as well, lots of tears and gratitude. For the "day to day" gratitude/elevated feelings I've struggled with this as well, and have found rewatching the video of Dr Joe explaining how 15 mins of elevated emotions, for 3 times a day, changes your genes, helps me to try and focus on elevated emotions. I go with "examining" in detail something like my cup of coffee - I love pretty mugs and cups so all of mine are lovely (to me) so I start with really looking at the design, the colours, how it feels in my hands, the taste of the coffee, the surroundings I'm in, and it will generally give me contentment feelings at least for a few minutes. I think the impatience a lot of us feel is our biggest stumbling block. Like you, I won't stop with the meditations and will continue to keep doing the work, will keep rereading/watching whatever I think helps, but I do now understand that I am the biggest thing standing in my way, and to let go more and more each day about expectations. Wishing you all the best!

@@thetatteredbreeze2038 thank you so much for this! I have always been a chronic overthinker and a recovering perfectionist, so I am sure as well that I am getting in my own way. I even start to wonder if I am manufacturing my own emotions that come up during meditation. I did have a beautiful handle on all of this for almost a whole year from spring of 2023 to spring of 2024. Then lots of upheaval and layoffs happened at my job and I have been "off the wagon" ever since with the most awful thoughts and losing any sense of passion or confidence that I might have had. But I want so desperately to get back to some sense of purpose. And I need to change the negativity in my daily life for the sake of my health. I was diagnosed with MS in 2021.

Hi any advice about doing multiple meditations? For example I am using the 'breaking the habit' meditation but want to also incorporate the placebo meditation into my life. What do you suggest - one in the morning, one in the evening? different days? Thank you
@dorraboussetta8214
@dorraboussetta8214 4 күн бұрын
Exactly what you said! You can do one in the evening, and one at night. You can do the Breaking The Habbit one at night, and the Placeboo one in the morning, or the opposite! Whatever works for you. And for a quick pick-me-up if you need it, you can do a Heart Coherence meditation anytime during the day. I hope this helps! ❤ You can do this ❤️
