Lingsir Wengi is a Javanese song meaning in English 'When Night Fall'. This is s classical song composed by Sunan Kalijaga around the year 1450. Sunan Kalijaga is an Islamic Religious Teacher and the purpose of the song was to chase away the bad souls/spirits that came to disturb people when night fall during that era. In the year 2006 a horror filem was produced named 'Kuntilinak' and the song Lingsir Wengi became the theme song. That is why Alip Ba Ta when played this song we would feel eerie nd goosebump on the neck.
