Sometimes you mishear some lyrics, but this is 100% power of suggestion beautifully done... (I'm pretty sure there's a term for it, something to do with linguistics but it escapes me right now). One of my best examples is Republica's 'Drop Dead Gorgeous'... lyric should be "when I look at you you're forgiven". A friend sang along to it one time back in 1996 and said "when I look at you you're a gibbon" and that's all I've been able to hear for 27 years! 🤣
