I don't think any of them is afraid of him. They just all respect him (and each other, ofc) so much. Even Jin, who, in Korean culture, would be able to ignore Joon's words and get away with it just because he's older, listens to him and takes him seriously. A lot of groups make the oldest the leader due to their age as they have more authority in Korean culture. But because BTS respect Joon a lot, it works.

You should react to Jhope being a hidden leader or second leader in the group, there have sone videos since RM once said jhope is the most suitable being a leader except himself and members also stated that when hobi being a dance leader or the role of organising the formation or performance he is in a very strict and serious mood. like it's totally of bright jhope, And personally I think is this song is great to see Jane Hope being the second leader or of the dance leader in the group (our 94 liners are the best leaders) and i think actually seven of them turn their mood to a serious mood when it is related to performance it shows their professional side☺️ and i would like to say for the Hyung line, Jin and Suga mostly are the one to protect BTS from outside those haters and being savage to the people who are being rude while RM and Jhope are the one who lead the team inside.
