I can tell he's been getting lined up his whole young life and is unfortunately permanently pushed back. Old school professional barbers would NEVER line up a youth because their skin is thinner and their hair follicles are closer to the surface therefore easier to destroy. These days everyone is obsessed with sharp lines. smh😟😖

@@DaMixWizard don't blame them, I've been growing mine out for almost two years. I just get a taper. Aswell as having longer hair, it's more versatile. Curly, twists, braids. Looks great and you can learn to do it yourself. I always wear my hair curly. I've noticed alot of Americans investing in their own trimmers to do self cuts

Good clean cut, but you could have hand trimmed closer towards the hairline in the area where the cowlick was to make it lay down a bit lower and make the lineup look more sharper on the edge

Imma say what maybe noone is outright saying. It comes from a place of love. I have enjoyed watching your videos and respect your ministry. You say you don't cut kids- I say you SHOULDN'T cut kids. Idk if it's because of the $100 pricetag, but as a professonl, you should be refusing to give shapeups to hairlines/ heads that haven't matured yet. -I'm not a pro, my mom was a barber, I have always loved the sound of the clippers. My experience is starting at 12 cutting my 6/o lil cousin and eventually doing my own lineups on my locs, recently short hair, and the friends who have trusted me to clean them up from time to time. As a woman, before I ever sat in a barber chair I knew people with courser hair shouldn't have their hairlines messed with as childeren. The only time I saw exceptions growing up in NYC was white Dominicans and Puerto ricans, BUT those same ppl usually were receding/ balding by their mid 20s sooo idk. - Perhaps it's a single mom who let's her kid get shaped up like this and there's no male influence around Or they're all young tryna get Social media crispy. Whatever the case it's your job as a barber to refuse. -Anyways, you're respected but this wasn't cool - idc how dope the cut is! Wishing your abundance in 2024
