Juice wrld was something very special and him freestyling the way he just did is what a freestyle is. And he came on there so swagged out and confident and he did it so laid back he wasn't going bananas but he was getting his point across laid back confident and I'm amazed I didn't even know he was this lyrical cuz I never heard him do his other freestyle when he wrapped over Eminem songs or something like that for 1 hour I've never seen that I have to go watch that now because this man is a legend thank God for music because it literally lets people like you and him have their name down in history have their name on an album or on a CD or whatever forever that stuff will be there forever so he lives on even if it's in our memories or even if it's in these podcasts that people do that's a wonderful thing he seems like he was a great man very laid back God bless juice is in a better place

It’s obvious juice put a ton of time into his craft. When he was on percs ect., his super creative mind along with the skills he had mastered really showed and allowed him to record some crazy freestyles. Juice was extremely talented especially for his age.

That Magic line could have also been referencing Magic Johnson, more NBA scheme. I never really appreciated Juice because most of what I heard of his stuff just sounded too commercial and ghost written, but some of his earlier stuff and his free styles are pure beauty. The man has lyricism, flow control, and story telling down perfectly in a way that I can't even begin to describe. His bars on his free styles, even when they last upwards of 5 minutes, are all interconnected. Like the DJ said, he's out here writing whole songs while he freestyles. We truly lost a genius when he passed. And you're right, he was constantly rapping about how he knew he was gonna die young. One of my favorite bars was from Wishing Well when he said "If it wasn't for the pills I wouldn't be here, but if I keep taking these pills I won't be here." Legends is all about how the party lifestyle leads many people like him to die young. I mean if you listen to his entire discography it feels like every other song has some kind of reference to how he's going to die young too.

It was said by his producer I think (don’t quote me) juice used to freestyle all his songs and in the booth he’d get a beat and just spit multiple freestyles on them and they pick the favourite one. Since his passing his guys said he has like over 1000 unreleased songs.
