Luda is such a sneaky dude. He asks Peter if they can run it twice after his bluff gets called, Peter is initially hesitant and wants to run it once. But Chris stops the dealer and repeatedly pleads him again and again, and Peter at last says no twice, either once or thrice. Then Luda tells the dealer: "HE Wants to run it three times"

Peter was indeed the person who proposed three times, Luda agreed immediately and told the dealer Peter wanted three. There’s nothing sneaky about him saying Peter wanted three.

@@berlinma2640 Peter WANTED to run it once from the beginning. Luda stopped the dealer from dealing and repeatedly plead with Peter to run it twice. I can understand why Peter said once or thrice, because he didnt want an evenly split pot where he made no money, and knew that he was a huge favorite to win at least 2/3 if they ran it thrice. I can understand his thought process. Unfortunately for Peter, it went the other way. He would have scooped it all if he just stuck with his original decision to run it once. It was Luda who was insisting on running multiple times- not Peter- so to tell the dealer Peter WANTED to run it thrice was sneaky. If he was honest he should have said, he wouldnt do twice with me, he says once or thrice, so we agreed to thrice. Instead he made it look like (to those in the audience who couldnt follow their conversation) Peter was the one who wanted to run multiple times because he is afraid of variance, when that was the opposite of truth.

Before this Peter came on board, I have never heard Luda speak Mandarin on the poker table. Since Peter started playing on the HCL live streams, I have heard Tom Dwan, Ryan Feldman and Luda speak Mandarin! Luda's Mandarin is really rusty, he probably has spoken this language for many years.

This whole thing about running hands two and three, even four times is pathetic. As soon as a player gets caught bluffing, he immediately starts pleading for a bailout with multiple run outs. It completely defeats the essence of poker. Not sure when it entered the game but it’s pussyfooting. It’s poker not horse trading. Should be banned.
