J-Hope's stages are always exciting because they are never the same- he freestyles moves, switches up his rap delivery, does ad-libs to add a twist to a familiar song. It takes a supreme amount of confidence and skill to pull that off. The Just Dance performance is not so tightly choreographed and planned the way most K-pop stages are, which allows J-Hope freedom to express himself and have fun. 'Idolatry' is to admire from afar, but as impressive as his moves are, J-Hope is also an inspiring performer who invites the audience into his space. An example is when J-Hope says, 'Say what?' and the audience replies with 'Just Dance!' He uses not only the main stage but also the runway and extended stage to further engage the audience. The main dance break happens on the extended stage and features a group formation and choreography that's designed to be viewed from all angles for the live audience, rather than on a flat screen. Also, as a stroke of genius he designed a break in the song which allowed the iconic 'J-Hope' fan chant to happen organically. He creates these magical moments when the audience, performer and stage blend into one. He feeds off the energy of the crowd and gives back in return, creating a feedback loop that cannot exist in a pre-recorded music show. He adjusts his facial expressions and moves based on his mood and the audience reaction. By emphasising the live aspect over something that reads well on camera, J-Hope transcends the label of a 'K-pop idol' and proves himself to be a world-class performer. While watching on a screen is entertaining, it can never match the excitement of being there in person, immersed in the atmosphere.

Yes yes YES! This is it! Before watching them performing, I didn't care that much about him, but after taking a deeper look at what he was doing on stage, I felt like I've been hit by a train all of a sudden. He's not only a hardworking professional, he's also a natural. You can tell 100% surely, that he feels so at ease on stage. He has fun and commits a lot of himself into the performance and therefore, people watching him feel this rush of energy and adrenaline. You're very right about his attention for details and perfectionism, to make sure everything goes well and smoothly. He's also so good at making it seem effortless, as if it's just something that comes with the flow and it's not forced at all. By watching him perform songs like this one and MAMA (underated in my opinion), I always perceive this feeling of freedom, like he's inviting us to dance and have fun, forgetting for a little about judgements and whatever you're going through with your life that he's weighting you down. I just wish to watch them perform live sooner or later, for living for a few minutes in his "Hope World", out of all the other dozens of reasons.

Trivias have their history. In "Trivia: Just Dance", it's the first stage. "I wanna just dance with you", that is, everything is just beginning. It's as if they knew each other, and since he loves dancing, he wants to dance with her. And almost at the end is the "You're my love". At the end he realizes that this desire to dance with her means love. Then comes the trivia: Love. Where they already experience love, they are already together. And it ends saying: "Let's end this now". It is as if in the trivia they were telling a story. The story of a love that seemed perfect but was not.

It is like separating the three parts of a story without being confused with the other songs. since there are three, then they called it "trivia" that comes from three. I’m not a native English speaker also, but I know the language. I speak spanish.

Euphoria straight after Just Dance was beautiful. I saw them perform at Wembley last year and Just Dance was one of my favourites; in the little musical break, the whole stadium was chanting 'j-hope!' - his facial expression when he took out his earpiece is one of my most precious memories. This moment is a memorable one for our j-hope, he once said before that he did not expect the loud cheer at all. They were cheering : "JHOPE! JHOPE! JHOPE!" all over again, and he was confused at first, that's why he took one of his ear piece because he wasn't sure if he was hearing right, (and the intrumental was too loud also) when he took it off, he was surprised. He was so touched. Even if he felt a bit tired (they performed many songs (opening) before their solos/individual songs.) he felt re-energized more than ever because of the cheer. If he was tired before and he was still an awesome performer, what more if he UNLEASHES everything? He's really such a sunshine !

Let me take this opportunity to say that Hoseok is a God on stage. I couldn't take my eyes off him during Cypher part 4 in Anaheim, and his solo ended up being the most memorable. hobi is one of the best performers i've ever seen. he is an all rounder can dance, rap, sing, produce and write songs. he's really gifted, so much talent in his beautiful body. also he has a heart of gold and such a kind personality. i'm so in love with him.
