When you were singing, "get back up", I opened my eyes from worship and looked down on the page where my Bible was opened, my eyes fell on these Words, " Get up sleeper! Arise from the dead, and the Messiah will shine on you!", Ephesians 5:14 This is really speaking to me Lord!

Sometimes it’s crazy how directly good speaks trough these sets. I was just laying in my bed, contemplating life, the good fight of faith and how exhausting it is. I hit play on the video again and the first words Jon sung were: I remember you’re faithfulness. So you can get back up again, you can get back in the race. This was exactly what I needed to hear. Jon, thank you so much for letting God use you for his glory ❤️

God gave me a song about David, the Sweet Psalmist. You are moving in that sweet, powerful anointing. The verse goes like this. "When you sing and play the sick will be healed. Thank you so much for these sessions Jon. They really help me get quiet before God and though that's the purpose, along with that I really enjoy them as art. There's often a pretty part that makes me smile and give a nod of appreciation to your playing creativity and skill. I love (what some may call) the imperfect parts too, it's real and speaks to me of surrender and laying bare. It adds another layer of genuineness to what you offer. Aaaaaand I didn't actually intend to write all that lol! I actually wanted to put in a cheeky request of longer videos to go with listeners longer quiet or bible study times . . . hear me out . . . Im thinking maybe 2 or 3 (or 4!!! 🙈) similarly inspired sessions stitched together - wonderfully worshipful (and gloriously ad free!!!! Ha!)
