A trash talker in Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 said he can beat me with Super Saiyan Blue Gogeta from the Dragon Bal Super Broly movie. So I used another version of Gogeta, Super Saiyan 4 Gogeta, from Dragon Ball GT in Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2. The Xenoverse 2 trash talker then gave up and quit.

No you have to be a high enough level somewhere between 50 to 60 I dont remember but it doesn't give state buffs

As ​@@NoahMorgan616said, the Ultra Instinct awoken ability for CAC is free, you do need a certain level for it though. It is obtained by fighting the Full Power Jiren next to the stairs after interacting with him.
