He Saw Padre Pio's Miracles And Became a Monk.
Today, let's have a look at Padre Pio and Modestino's incredible journey home.

In today's story, we can have a look at the life of Modestino Fucci, who is born in Pietrelcina in 1917 to Anna Fucci and her husband. Now Anna Fucci had grown up with young Francesco Forgione, the future Padre Pio, and so Anna was able to relate to Modestino many little amazing stories about Padre Pio and Modestino would just never tire of hearing, of listening to these incredible stories.
She told him things like how Padre Pio had been so exceptionally reserved as a youth and how Anna, from time to time, had invited Francesco to come and play with them, with their group. But Padre Pio, Francesco, would usually turn them down. He just seemed to like to spend his time praying in the church. Otherwise, he was with his parents or grandparents. Even at that stage, when Padre Pio walked down the street, he was seen to be carrying his rosary.

I was introduced to him in 2013 by our assistant parish priest when I was trying to discern my vocation. He has been a true friend I must admit. Divine providence certainly is real... and I’m really in no doubt everybody here knows it in their own life -- it does take a lot of prayer and discernment --- I’ve had more than my fair share of disasters but to compensate God definitely made himself known to me through them , how he was helping and bringing me closer to him....., I’ve not forgotten these things -- and I rely on divine providence , God shows me we all rely on it , yet only those who pray often , and joyfully pray , with a grateful heart, only they will benefit from its consolation , .............. now I Know Padre Pio is all about this supernatural divine providence , then surely he is my spiritual Father -- with St Joseph ... , I think that ...this is how God wants me to see his fatherliness ........ so what a really holy source these videos have helped to proclaim of Jesus Christ message of his salvation to all the world - with Mary’s wonderful intercession !!!!!!!!!!! Even St Joan’s martyrdom is a great consolation for the English - and Norman French , the incredible blessing for all those who witnessed her brave martyrdom -- imitating Christ’s crucifixion .... as she by turning an evil violent Death sentence into an act of showing the world and the faithful - to have no fear even if the evil is very dark and violent , to be aware that grace will raise up the soul - above the attack , and will deliver the Heart from its own terror ..... we have a great consolation - it’s only by using it , will we truly be free from the temptation of fear ( doubt / Sin ) .....
