The IRONY of this story is that his mother posted the bail knowing what he did to his gf. Allegedly the gf thought he was still in jail and the mom talked her into coming over with the "I wanna see my grandbaby" line. He was living with his mom once the gf out him out so his mom knew they would have interaction if she persuaded the gf to come over. I honestly feel she was going to talk her into dropping the charges. He LITERALLY stabbed his mom in the back after she was the one who got him out. Son or not he would have stayed in there. How could she excuse his behavior especially when there was so much evidence that he did it. She practically paid $10k to be murdered. This monster should be tortured for the rest of his life! 😡🤬

That paints an entirely different picture of the situation. If there was a restraining order in place then the mother has actually committed a crime herself, only to be murdered by the very person she was breaking the law for. This kind of pressure from friends and family frustrates police because they will repeatedly begin a case only to have the victim drop the charges. Unfortunately, these people are likely to be most at risk. once they get away with it the first time the violence only escalates until either the perp is convicted, or the victim dies. Thanks for filling me in on that part of the case Micaela. I live in Australia, so this is the first I've heard of it.

When someone constantly accuses you of cheating etc it’s usually projection. Some will take you to some very dark horrible places. That judge should have taken his evil ass home with her unbelievable he got bail! There needs to be a law to make judges think twice about allowing bail. Starting with a charge of accessory to murder, if someone they release on bail murders anyone else. This story should be a case and point.
