This was an easy watch! Not gonna lie, I was a bit worried for like half the show, waiting for the other shoe to drop or some ridiculous misunderstanding, but I’m so happy to say it didn’t happen. And the good news is that I’ll enjoy it even more when I rewatch it, knowing it’s angst free! 😜

Thank you for letting me know that. I’ll be able to watch it much more relaxed now. I hate the angst and the waiting for the other show to drop thing. I’ve stopped watching shows before just because I saw the beginnings of that. Like as soon as someone mentions a jade pendant I’m out. Who wants to see another mistaken identity over a piece of rock?

@@Darcus4mal You’re so welcome! And I totally agree, the “jade pendant of doom” is usually a big red flag for me. I’ve only seen one where the guy flips the script and accuses the pendant holder of trying to kill him, and that’s actually why he was looking for her (not really, he slept with her, but he was suspicious of the green tea). You’ve never seen a schemer chick backtrack so fast! 🤣 It was flipping awesome! I wish they would do more clever stuff like this with those stupid pendants instead, or quit rehashing them altogether cause they’re super annoying and a plot killer.
