I called Ping yesterday because I found some old worn Ping Eye 2's. They charge $20 per club to refurbish & only stainless steel heads. It takes 2-3 weeks but not necessary to remove heads from shafts. Give them call if any other questions but sadly they do not refurbish becu Pings.
