@@prissylovejoy702it’s not actually that hard to prove it in this case, it doesn’t even have to be “he said she said” because he called them, so he has a record of a phone call going to their radio station before getting the tattoo which already gives him a reasonable argument that had they told him it was fake he wouldn’t have done it, on top of that they can put the employee who said it was real on the stand and ask them to tell the truth, which they likely would given that they don’t want to perjure themselves just for a radio station, and even if they plead the fifth it doesn’t look very good to a jury that the employee won’t just back up their initial claim.

@@dieyoung verbal contracts can be legally binding, and an employ of a business technically represents that business so long as it's in an employ degree(has to be working hours), so if he called then an employ that new about the 'joke', said 'yes it's real', it's a legally binding contract because it's promoted by the business and was supported by an employ. Even if the corroboration of the employ itself was not binding, it's been ruled in courts before, that any reasonable person that sees a product, buys the product, intends to use the product, and the product is intended to be used by all reasonable measure, then if that product turns out to be harmful or simply not work, it's considered fraud for which people can be charged damages for. Based on this video only, he had every reason to believe that if he did this tattoo stunt, he would get money. A small link in the corner that doesn't even say 'this is a joke, click here for clarification.' And most of the marketing wasn't labels as stating that it was a joke. A reasonable person could come to the conclusion that tattooing his head would earn him money.

The very moment they said it's legit, they messed up. They should have told him it was a joke and that no money would be awarded for doing so. @@inugiThe court show in the video isn't real, they take inspiration from real cases and incidents that happened in real life but the people are actors and the outcomes are fictitious. Nobody ever got "KRUD" tattooed on their forehead or was awarded $510,000, they took inspiration from the case the other commenter is referring to which was dismissed in real life. There are "real" court shows where the people aren't actors, when you are suing someone if both parties agree to it they can do something called arbitration instead of going to actual court to get the dispute resolved. The shows are essentially televised arbitration hearings. So in these shows the "judges" are actually arbiters but they make up the set to look like a courtroom. Personal Injury Court isn't one of those shows though.
