Except it's private property. The security officer was acting in his capacity to ask him to leave, if Blake didn't the security would have been able to call a trespass on him. Both parties acted respectfully and there was no issue, please don't make one.

Therefore not private property, and you're free to excercise first amendment protected activites like freedom of the press which would be recording this video. You got some case law to catch up on.
