The sun was shining over the river. Suddenly, a man threw a small dog off the bridge.
The dog fell 25 meters and landed on a concrete pedestal. The dog cried out in pain.
He was only 8 months old. People saw what happened and gathered on the shore.
They wanted to help but couldn't reach the dog. The dog was isolated in the middle of the river.
The local police arrived quickly.
