For the glass bottle thing with the Coke: Most Coke that comes in a bottle uses real sugar instead of high fructose corn syrup, that's why it tastes different, primarily.

I adore you two. You guys are one of my favorite KZbin couples.
@albericozapata40862 жыл бұрын
I don't think the bottle is the psychological issue on the coke. Most 3rd world countries make coke with cane sugar, giving the original flavor and taste compared to corn syrup. Mexicoke, Mexican coke here in the states taste different and they haven't done the change like in the u.s. thanks for the video Aki Sempai.
@marks1502 жыл бұрын
Yup, the high-fructose corn syrup lobby in Washington has been quite successful in wielding its power and getting subsidies that make it a more financially attractive alternative to cane sugar.

'why does it taste better in a glass bottle' Two guesses. The plastic inside a metal can effects the flavor, and/or the slight metallic taste left behind by the bottle cap enhances the flavor.

Oh the youtubers I spent my 40s with are all getting old with me now. 20 years younger older. But still older. Nostalgic for Showa era when I was born. I would like to remind you that Showa era spanned 60 years, a long time in which many things changed. 1940s is unlike 1980s. It was a very varied time. I'm actually American latinx from Palm Springs, now moved to Canada, but I have loved Japanese culture since for a long time. I am part filipino and used to hear about the great heroic deeds of the japanese when I was a kid... they seemed superhuman to me (even many filipinx hated them) and so I got to learn about Japan so much. I no longer believe they are superhuman but my love for the culture has stuck. Have a good time.
