YESSS THIS MOVIE. when i was a youth conversation corps crew member at a virginia state park at 16 (my first job) you live and do work around the state park for 3 weeks or the summer and get $500 for it. i was 16 and one of the older ones. there were 13 of us. my counselor thought it would be cool to watch a movie and we had a shitty tv and none of us had our phones and we were really excited to see it. (i’m a film major now at penn state so i was particularly interested). he reads the back of the cover in the walmart he went to because we had a budget and couldn’t buy a nicer movie and we’re only going to watch it once and decides it’s good and sounds interesting. he puts it in and we gather around on the floor to watch it in the no AC cabin. the sex scenes were so funny to us (all guys cabin). the whole movie became a laughing stock like a cult classic movie. i’ll never forget this masterpiece because of how and when i watched it no doubt. the fact that this came up in my feed is so good. it was basically all about sex and that was so confusing to us. it’s been a few years since then and it’s still a good memory.

I like how some comments say "Oh I'd be fine without anyone or any interactions with another human!". No. No you wouldn't... 😅 If you'd be completely alone, with 0 interactions with absolutely anyone (and those online interactions still count by the way... so if you have any of them, you're still interacting with other people) you would go insane eventually, sooner or later. You're not "special" 🤷♂️ You might be an introvert, but still you absolutely need those human interactions in one way or the other.

@@thelegacyofgaming2928 They are, but what puzzles me is that each generation is just as "edgy" when they're young. Like we all know we've been those "rebels" and in our youth, thought we had all the answers and how "I" was the one who realized all kinds of stuff. When in truth, every generation before us have done the same thing... yet some still remain "edgy" and think they're special in some way, even when there's so much information around to let those people know they're NOT anything new, anything special, anything anything other than just like every other people. The amount of blindness and self elevation is the thing that puzzles me. Like one wise man said, 2 things are infinite: Space and human stupidity, thought I'm not sure about the space 😂

this movie gives a good perspective of how relationships work specifically focusing on: intimacy, conflict, and responsibility. I think it’s also important to note that after he went into a depressed state from being denied intimacy this made her come to an awkward conclusion that she must kill herself in order to complete their mission. It all ends in a similar fashion to Romeo and Juliette and i wouldn’t be surprised if she went to kill herself again.
