Today's video consists of cashing out at Kobey's Swap Meet 2022 the biggest outdoor sneaker event in the world. The sneakers we cash out on at sneaker event are the shoes that sell best in our Sneaker Stores. We bought a variety of sneakers and streetwear at the event like Nike Dunks, Jordan Retros, and grails. I won a free pair of sneakers from a big company down here but the Travis Scott’s I have feel not the best quality I’ve ever felt but idk how good they are meant to be don’t get me wrong they are pretty good but I was expecting the suede and the leather to be like crazy soft and buttery but it’s average I got it from culture kings for free so I’ve never sussed but after this video it’s made me rethink on them what’s the best way to check them

I know Nike has been talking about you know trying to do away with resellers and trying to do whatever they can to prevent people from reselling sneakers and you know trying to help out the people that are just trying to collect for themselves and I think by them like restocking pairs that people don't think they're going to restock like Brandon you were talking about the Kentucky dunks and how you were losing like $100 on a pair of those that's I think one of their ways of trying to combat resellers is to restock pairs that people are sitting on you know trying to you know make extra money with the price going up on them they throw out a restock and then the price drops on them and then resellers lose money so I think that's one way that they're trying to you know kind of do away with reselling or at least do some little part to stop reselling as much as there is

I was going through my storage unit the other day and it was just a storage unit I had from my apartment before I had to move back in with my father and take care of him cuz he had cancer and he passed away a couple years ago and I really haven't been to the storage unit for a while I knew I'd threw a few pairs of sneakers in there but I kind of forgot what they were so the other day I had nothing to do I said let me take a swing down there and see what's in there you know maybe I got some sneakers I can get rid of you know get some money and I forgot I had two pairs of Jordan 4 royalties that I had bought like 6 years ago when they first dropped I think it was like 6 years ago and I quickly looked up on stockx and I didn't realize they were going for almost like $600 it was like 580 and I had no idea and I had just two dead stock pairs sitting there boxes were perfect everything was perfect so I'm going to try to move those this weekend and pick up some pairs that I really want I've been wanting to get a pair of lost and founds in a pair of black canvas fours and I know with two pairs of those royalty fours I should be more than enough covered to get a pair of lost and founds and a pair of black canvas 4S still have some extra left over but that's a sneaker that when I did buy a couple pairs like 6 years ago I never thought was going to be going for anything more than around retail and then when I saw how much they were going for it literally blew my mind... I had about seven pairs total and I also had two pairs of Jordan one lows from like 2018 the black toes two deadstock pairs of those two and those were going for like 350 370 right now I mean just some of the prices on these sneakers I didn't even know I had and they're just been sitting in there collecting dust so I'm definitely keeping a pair of those black toe Lowe's that's a really dope sneaker but yeah some things that you forget you got laying around and then when you find out you do have them and what they're worth it kind of throws you back a little bit and I'm like wow cool now I can actually go pick up some stuff I want to get and I don't have to spend any money I can just use these for trade bait

I couldn't believe I got a shipment from Nike the other day of a pair of the Jordan one low OG and the powder blue black and white colorway I like that sneaker it looks dope and when I received the package I pulled it out of the shipping box and it was an orange Nike box and I said okay they sent me the wrong sneaker I opened it up and no sure enough the Jordan one low G's were inside an orange Nike box the description tag sticker for the side wasn't even on the side it was just thrown in the Box I called them up I was pissed off I said listen I you know collect this is my collection I collect these sneakers I want them in the original box I don't want them just thrown into a Nike box so the guy on the phone says oh you know we can give you like you know 10 or 15% off your next purchase I said no you don't understand I want the original box that they're supposed to go in I know you guys have the standard black with the gold Jumpman boxes laying around like crazy there's no reason why this pair should have been shoved into a Nike box you know a plane standard orange Nike box it's a long story short after arguing for a while I wound up only getting 20% off my next purchase that I can't even use on new releases I can only use on certain Pairs and I've been trying to use it and everything keeps coming back ineligible for Discount and eligible for discount so I need to call them again one of these days but I've never had that happen before
