I'm at the beginning of my 6x12 build and I was planning on using the ramp as a deck, the overhead cover is a great idea. I am constantly making little notes about something else I want to add to my trailer.

Oh my….the Do-Little is getting a back deck upgrade and that toilet is nice looking. That toilet is the nicest looking one I have seen would like to get a link to the kit he bought. And i like the first aid it mounted on wall not taking up space in a drawer or shelf. this is a great build!!! Love it!

Seems like a purpose designed clam for the ramp would be a product that could be sold on the market. Something designed to hold up to weather but quick to setup. Personally, i could go with a smaller trailer, and use the extension now and then when needed. Best of both worlds.

Yes the enclosure is tied off at the bottom held tight to the ramp, and I have snaps and Velcro and tie-down ratchet straps that hold it tight against the back of the camper
