i have to tell you this: today in the shoppongcentre i saw a mom with her, i think 10yrs old boy. the boy had a mayor meltdown and screamed and smashed himself on the floor and refused to walk. the people around starred and even said bad things. i went to the mom and asked if i could help. she was embarrased and asked me if i could watch her shopping bags for a second. at the minute the people saw that i offered help other people got involved and within seconds the whole atmosphere was changed and it was a positive surrounding. the mum told us that the boy has autism. before i watched your channel i would probably stand on the side with the other people in the beginning and would think „what a brat“. but i know there is more as we see at the first sight. and im so happy that you changed my whole sight of people who dont act like „normal“. thank you for that!

I would be hesitant to ask a stranger if I could help because I always assume that they won’t want anyone to help when it comes to their child but your story challenged my perspective on it and I will consider working up the courage to offer others help in the future

Abigail is such a wonderful girl, I know you don't show all the melt downs and stuff.. but I can tell she's a really brave girl. I always ending up getting distracted watching your videos, because of wanting to learn more about autism. My friend has it, and I somewhat understand it. But learning more about autism and special needs is important. I have a neurological brain disorder called global apraxia and I ended up taking years and years of speech and physical therapy to be able to communicate and do things on my own. I'm amazed how far Abigail is at her age, congratulations for raising a wonderful son and daughter. I hope your journey with Abigail continues to be a success.

Does Abbie like foot and arms and hand massage with lotion giving a slight deep pressure also just squeeze arms etc in same place count to 5 or 10 whatever she can tolerate. We count also for our son when shaving to 10 very slowly and find it has helped because he knows when it will be done. It's been helpful in other situations as well Hi to all 😊
