Either this is the story that my HPE teacher told me or this is just like it. There was this that was fat kid that went to school and could not, not be bullied. His parents were rich so he always went to a fast food after school. So my teachers had to escort him home so he didn't go to get fast food he eventually lost 200 pounds. But he was wasn't skinny he just had loads of fat dripping of his body. And couldn't walk because his body structure wasn't built properly and he didn't have much body muscle and tissue.
