Some of these actors that got cosmetic surgery look worst than their natural look. For instance, Lisa Rhinna her face structure looks masculine and her lips are so enlarged they look humongous (fake). Then their faces are so strength out they can barely smile or talk. You can still look attractive without cosmetic surgery, just accentuate what you have.

I feel so sorry for these people, when all the have going for themselves, in their mind, is their looks. Its like throwing a brand new Cadillac Escalade body onto a 40 year old rusted out, bashed up Volkswagen. They are still the same person under all of that molded plastic. What sad lives they lead 😔
