This is such a cool idea. I love seeing these familiar faces all canoodle together. I’ve never seen anyone mention this, but OFB offers a business park called “LeTourneau Prize”, offering a $1,000 grant. It could be cool to incorporate that somewhere?

I didn't know that about the pets getting stuck and the relationship going down with the family from that lot!! That's incredible, this game is a treasure trove of facts

Yes to the ACR thing! I originally thought my game was broken when my 'no jealousy' romance Sims would still get jealous, or my committed married Sims would completely ignore infidelity right in front of them, only to learn that it was a feature! Had to download separate mods to stop jealousy for specific Sims because ACR is unreliable. It's great everywhere else. Surprised how un discussed that was. Like whats the point of having static and dynamic options if it doesn't even matter in the first place sometimes? Really wish that "feature" would also get removed.

Love seeing more life and stories being given to the familiar townies😊 Btw I did make a mod that fixes being stuck on the loading screen and sims getting up to shenanigans that you can’t see, its called Community Lot Arrival Delay Fix - No Pre-Populate. Not sure if this is the mod you meant that you have already but it should work, just make sure you don’t have ‘community lot normal speed arrival’ loading after it because it conflicts

"Oh my god, someone's kissing again. ACR is killing me." And that right there is why I do not and will never use ACR. I do like the stories you have set up for these Sims. Sophie and Alon as a couple make sense to me; he's a Knowledge Sim, so they're both quite driven and ambitious, and a Pisces, which gives them one of the most compatible zodiac sign combinations in the game for chemistry purposes.

Lol, good to know that in my gameplay I totally misinterpreted whose bedroom that room with telescope is xD In hindsight, it *does* make more sense for Alvin to have a double bed, than to have a totally plain room unlike all the other kids in this household... On a topic of trees getting pets/Sims stuck: I didn't have that issue while playing with Bendett/LeTourneau family, but I did on one of the other lots - I think it was Komei Tellerman's house. So, I think you might want to eventually rearrange trees on that lot as well.

I played the hell out of Townieville earlier this year. Had some corruption(?) though with one of the sims, want slots going blue. Can’t remember who it was but had to get rid of him lol

Empty want slots are not corruption (hardly anything is). Sims just sometimes don't have want ideas + mods like Adults Go Steady or any want mods may increase it. Happens a lot in my game and I just wait until the Sim gets all the wants.

I understand having plans for your gameplay - I do that too - but why even have ACR installed if you don't want them to have their own ideas about romance and get together spontaneously? Isn't that the whole point of that mod? Not hating, but maybe you should just uninstall it LOL!

I mostly need this mod for Sims to woohoo every 4 days because I forget about it 😂 And to cheat occasionally. It's just annoying at the beginning of gameplay because I match people based on chemistry (the highest = the one) and ACR will spontaneously get them together if they only have one bolt or even nothing. I'm actually now experimenting with deleting some files from it (auto interactions like first kiss) and so far so good!
