This is devastating and senseless and I hope justice will be swift. RIP my friend. I also want to say, TN should charge them as ADULTS because of the cold blooded, unprovoked and senseless murder of this defenseless man that did NOTHING to them, shooting him multiple times until he dropped to the floor, making sure he's DEAD. If ever there is a case that deserves the death penalty, it's THIS case. There is no doubt, no mitigating factors, we all saw the video, it was heartless, unprovoked, thus full retribution is in order. If you are old enough to pick up a gun, go into a store and murder someone in cold blood, then you are old enough to pay the consequences. This is not about THEM, it's about Vishal and retribution for his wife and daughter. Can you imagine their suffering? And this man torn away from his loved ones, deprived of being with them any further. He now is in a coffin under the ground, why should these two thugs get mercy? They showed him NO mercy. They are COLD BLOODED MURDERERS in the true sense.

I agree it was deliberate cold blooded murder. Both should be tried as adults and executed.

@@sroevukasroevuka This is so surreal...I do not see any mitigating factors here pertaining to the crime itself, which is classed as a CIMT. The usual will be claimed by defense attorneys of course, their age, bad upbringing or abuse etc., to allow for a chance at rehabilitation, to where you can bet, they would ask for life for possibility of parole being they're only 15. Courts tend to create a balanced outcome for all, but I feel in this case due to the nature of this cold-blooded unprovoked action, only retribution for the victims should be considered. There is simply NO excuse for their actions that can be considered here, they know right from wrong and kept shooting him until he dropped to the floor, defenseless and unprovoked. Vishal's civil rights were violated as well, so federal prosecution should also be in order. Tennessee should send a clear unequivocal message. Don't think because you are "underage" you can get away with crime by being sent to a juvenile holiday camp.
