For those that don't understand how the elytra tnt cannon works here is a description. when a calibrated skulk sensor is given a certain redstone signal strength it will detect ONLY certain actions. The cake, which is eaten 5 times, will give a signal strength of 4 when read by a comparator. The action the calibrated skulk sensor will detect when given a redstone signal strength of 4 is elytra gliding or unique mob noises (wolf bark or ravanger growling etc). The reason that powered rails and pistons are used instead of redstone dust and repeaters is because pistons with redstone blocks have this really weird mechanic where the first piston takes about 1/10 of a second to update but for some reason the other pistons all update instantly causing the tnt cannon to fire almost as soon as it detects the player using an elytra. A calibrated skulk sensor can only detect sounds up to a certain amount of blocks away ( I believe it's 16) which is why the calibrated skulk sensor was placed that distance away. When the redstone pulse reaches that final piston, which will retract causing the slime blocks to be pulled back into the first tnt Minecart. This tnt minecart is then launched into the middle of the other causing the 2 to both explode which causes the remaining 2 tnt minecarts to explode almost ensuring death when the player using an elytra is detected. The only way to acctully make a decently secure base is to acctully study the prison community i could get out in 20 seconds with a portal or i could go to the bottom of the prison and pearl glitch up the defenses if we are in 1.20 you could use squilly glitch or i could just use wither or i could chorus fruit directly in to it with invis and a few golden apples counter pufferfish

How to make the most secure base 1: Make a base near height limit 2: Make a 500 by 500 obsidian wall that is 200 blocks thick 3: Add Elder Gaurdians every 20 blocks or so 4: After the wall, add a huge room of obsidian that is pitch black and add traps with 100 wardens with pressure plates on the ground 5: make a trap that works 100% of the time that's drops the player into a pit with 50 charged creepers 6: When the player gets to the base it will be empty because u made a base at the edge of the world 50,000 blocks away at the bottom of the world that is a 5 by 5 base

Here is the acctual answer make a house surrounded by obsidian with ender grid lava and waterlogged ender chest defense (it doesnt stop wither canons but slow them down) add elder guardians create a roof and floor detector and make a permanent areaban button its not perfect cause wither canons and chunk skipping but its great against players who isnt a part of the prison community
