This movie is called Gattaca. This recap is not very good. Vince was born naturally and in the future humans that had not been "optimised" were considered an underclass. He did have a heart condition that was expected to shorten his life, but even without that he would have been descriminated against. Vince does actually beat his brother at swimming because he pushes himself beyond what he should holding nothing back even if it would mean possibly drowning. Also it's not Lisa, her name is Irene. Watch the movie rather than this recap. It's worth it.
