This is a perfect example of why Stephen King's books don't always do well when made into a show or movie. There is so much going on that doesn't make sense, and then towards the end when it went back 400 years, it REALLY didn't make any sense.
@grace8089Ай бұрын
Honestly it would’ve been a fine series if thought out properly, but it seems most struggle with keeping up with the sequence of events and transitions of time along with the missing context details that the novel included for some parts. If they would’ve taken a little bit more time with it and revised it the slightest bit it would honestly be 100% better
@marcd1981Ай бұрын
@@grace8089 I think the toughest part is getting all of the details from the book to translate to the screen. You know so many more details of the story, the characters, what they are thinking, and why they did certain things from reading the story. That can't be shown, it has to be told to you.
@grace8089Ай бұрын
@ eh there’s really good ways to do internal dialogue… they just failed at it
@daniellefani9943Ай бұрын
@@marcd1981if they would take the time, they could do that. As with most screen adaptations from books, they either change it a lot, or rush through it & leave a lot of stuff out. Instead of taking the time to do it right. For books with a lot going on & a lot of context, I honestly believe that 1 book should span at least 2 season, & them be longer seasons, not short 10 episode ones.
