I think bust is just relative to the pick and/or expectations. Brandon Roy was a bust but when he was healthy he was one of the better players in the league.
@hasamind4 жыл бұрын
I think the definition of “bust” should be reserved for the guys that get drafted high into the league with high expectations and fail to perform at the level that was expected of them. Poor shooting, poor court vision, poor defense. An all around bad player that somehow played good against elite college competition but once in the NBA somehow turned into a scrub. Not someone who is a good player but ends up having to retire due to health concerns but was a force when on the court. Just doesn’t feel right

Thanks for this video. Your video did him justice. TJ is my all time favourite ball player, use to be Dennis Johnson. I know being from Houston has a lot to do with that because I was able to watch his career closely. I wasn't surprised when Magic noted how TJ could see the play before it happened because I watched him in pure amazement at UT.

I used to be a big TJ Ford fan back in the day because i've been a lifelong Raptors fan. Him and Bosh were nice during those years.

This is a great story. Growing up in Austin and being a Running Horns fan. I had the opportunity to watch TJ quite a bit. He was a favorite Longhorn and great guy around town. Thanks for this story.
