IF Ruiz is truly not retired then in a lot of ways that is a great fight to make. Years ago Parker won a controversial decision over Andy in what was a very close competitive fight. Maybe if Andy had throw just a little bit more in a few close rounds he'd win. Some griped it ought to be a draw and the 'hometown decision' etc. That should be strongly considered as a good bout with a good backstory already.
