The real problem Fury had against Ngannou is that he had no tools to make Ngannou respect him. If you don't have a punch, then he can just keep walking forward until he connects (and that's exactly what he did), It was a different story with Joshua, because he has that power.

All Joyce had to do in the rematch was to come in heavier like he did but he did too much work on getting his head off the centre line with that ineffective guard he did, Joyce gets better as the fight goes on usually. Once he'd have gotten past that fifth round he'd have picked Zhang off but i believe Joyce style is more effective against the smaller quicker heavyweights like parker, hrgovic, Ruiz and dillian Whyte.
