My wife and I were driving to dinner and looked down a side street and this was one of the first homes in the neighborhood. We had to turn around and check it out. The grass was extremely overgrown and the edges/cracks were filled with grass. So, I knocked on the door but there was a sticker on the door saying the home was deemed vacant. A neighbor right across the street was outside and told me it's been vacant for a long time and that it's going up for auction eventually.
So, I came back the next day and cleaned the overgrown yard up for the neighborhood. A neighbor taking a walk had a quick conversation with me while I was working and thanked me for cleaning it up. He was sick of looking at it everyday and was glad he didn't have to call the city anymore!

The trouble with these antivirus software's is most of them just fill up your hard drive with "updates" or more definitions of PC viruses. How can you be sure that this doesn't fill up my PC? I currently use ESET Nod32 and it's been great.

I totally agree and am also a woman who has cut grass and all the other tasks involved since I was younger. It's nice to stand back and admire the finished product. Then I always wish for a cleansing rain to settle everything down!

I was trying to get my mower to start a few weeks ago unsuccessfully until someone stopped and showed me I wasn’t priming it first.

I’m a fan. I grew up making my spending money mowing yards around the little town in western Kansas. I learned the satisfaction of making the town look better and hoping it had a contagious effect on other homeowners. Your plan takes it to a professional level but the fact that you use such care in your work and do it as a personal contribution to the good of the community. I occasionally fly in and out of Wichita and had noticed the Hustler mowers on display. I just bought a new 61” Cub Cadet and after watching your page I wish I would have known then what I know now. I’d be riding a Hustler. Keep on keepin’ on!

A long time ago, in a house I was living in, I would always keep up with the yard. One time, my yard looked bad, with overgrowth, and the reason was that my mower was busted. Was saving up for a new one. Well, it was frustrating seeing the yard get out of control, and was about to reach out to a landscaping company, but one day I came home and my neighbor mowed my yard. I was really touched by it. I thanked him, the next time I saw him and told him the reason it got that way is my mower busted. He told me 'I figured that is what it was."
