Hello friends. My sole desire in making this video was to share the truth and promises of God’s Word with those who are greatly suffering. I specifically dedicated this video to a country experiencing great turmoil and loss because, as a believer in Jesus Christ, I felt the heavy need to use what means I have to support my fellow brothers and sisters in Christ who are suffering beyond belief. I am aware that not only Ukraine is suffering and that many people around the world are facing great hardship as well. The truth and promises shared in this video apply to all who are in Christ Jesus, no matter our country of residence. However, I dedicated this video specifically to Ukraine because they are currently facing a testing of their faith that many of us could never even fathom. I once visited Ukraine, met beautiful Ukrainian believers, and walked among the streets that have now been bombed. The people of Ukraine have had a lasting impact on me to this day. I cannot imagine what they are going through and how their lives have been forever changed as I sit in the comfort and safety of my home. Please understand that my intentions for this video are to encourage and uplift my brothers and sisters in Christ who are suffering. I hope that you will join me in doing the same.

Dear Taryn, thank you so much for this. Ukraine is my second country, for five years now, and many times I watched your music videos in my little flat not far from Kyiv. Now there's this terrible war and I cannot go back. It's very hard to watch daily all of the cruelty and evil being poured on such a good and kindly people. But there is also beauty in the way everyone came together to help. Living among Ukrainians, I never suspected the extent to which their heroism and fortitude go. This last weekend my wife and I were able to help a group of refugees arriving to my city in Brazil, and I can tell you it's hard not to be moved to tears by their stories. And so many of them are praying so fervently for the victory of their army and the defense of their homeland and their people that's it's hard to imagine this war can end up in any other way but the victory of Ukraine. I pray for that daily. Thank you and everyone who is a friend of Ukraine in these dark times. And may Truth and Justice prevail.

How deep and rich are the sounds of the music coming out of the Ukraine-subways and bomb shelters of all places. This hymn by the Getty’s has a special place in my heart. I found it at the beginnings of the Covid nightmare. It never ceases to bring tears to my eyes. Bless you for bringing it to light as hope for the people of Ukraine.
