We are able to comb all hair even textured hair. The technique and product we use can vary according to hair type. The only hair we can not comb with a nit comb are dreadlocks or hair extensions.

Nits are not always close to the scalp!

Newly laid nits will be laid less than 1/2 inch from the scalp. This is so the nits are nice and warm and can hatch. When nits are further down the hair shaft it can be remnants of an old infestation and they have grown down the hair shaft as the hair grows out.

We have different techniques when it comes to textured hair, but all hair can be screened and treated with the following exceptions: If you have dread locks or corn rows - those would need to come out prior to treatment.
