Hello. I need advice. Yrs ago. Abt in 2010, I hit the top of my head w a corner of a locker. I had syncopy episodes. And one led me to blackout and I ended up hurting my neck and I went to a chiropractor and put it back in place. I presume . Went to MRI , didn't find anything wrong. And it's now 2020. I tie my hair in a bun and I get severe pain at the top of my head. Throbbed sharp pain. Top.center. towards the right is where the pain is however the entire top center is sensitive and still in pain. Bothersome. But not as painful as the throbbing pain. Is there any advice I can get? My neurologist literally sucked. Looking for a new one. Also since then , I can no longer wear heavy necklaces etc. it starts hurting from the lower bottom of my head (occipital) all the way up to the top center. Hopefully u can advice me w some self care. Thank you.

great talk but working in fire service we have noticed a marked response in cspine clearing. we have a defintitive shift to motivating people to move if they can out of a vehicle rather than deliver this standard assesment of safety. anyone for input? also through interaction with paramedics am of the belief that nhs are gearing towards avoiding collars as much as possible also

Dr Campbell, please can you sort out your website. I have gone to campbellteaching.co.uk, paid for a book download, not received the book and when I check on Paypal I have made a payment to a james campbell. I have emailed your website about it but got no reply. I now find that my computers are warning me not to go to campbellteaching.co.uk. Please advise.

This is correct, it has been working well for several months now. James handles all of the technical side, so this is correct. The most common problem for downloading is if you are signed in under another name? It indeed concerns me that your computer is advising you not to go to my website, do you know why this might be? You will get a reply, but James works Australian hours so might be overnight there. Be assured, he will get back to you and all will be well.

Dear Dr. John, Thank-you for your prompt reply. I must begin with this: your dedication to teaching others is truly inspirational and I have gained so much from so many of your lectures. The access to the website appears to be a sporadic issue; sometimes your website comes up, other times it says 'not secure' on the search bar and a page comes up saying 'no, go away', (I've never seen this before). I don't understand what is happening to the payment; when I check in Paypal it says I have made the payment but in my bank account it doesn't register.
