One more, how do we efile while there is no US government ID (expired) other than SSN and AGI from last year.

Hi there, it is possible to download a copy of proof once you've finished filing and it's been accepted. As we focus on US expat taxes, it is possible to pay not only in USD but in many other currencies, thus eliminating the issue of using a non-US credit card. We have also considered foreign addresses and ensured there is enough space to include them, unlike US-based tax software when entering a foreign address. To e-file, you will only need an SSN. If I file head of household, do the bills need to be in my name? The qualifying dependent is my elderly parent but bills are in his name (I pay 100% of bills).

No, but you should have proof like receipts or bank statements that you paid them :)
