The Nota head/Neck works for me. I just heat up the neck socket and it went in easy. Looks really good imo.

Im gonna try and put the clean Nota Studio helmeted Head on my Mafex Cap. The skin tone is off but the color of the uniform is a perfect match. I still think Mafex Cap comes with the best head sculpts right of the box ( compared to all the other Cap Figures from various Toy lines).

The head from “Avengers Assemble” or ”Cap vs Cap” dont tested?

I didn't cause it is a different Cap and the helmet color is slightly different too.

Weird, my Nota Studio and Manniple neck piece can easily attached with the mafex collar ball peg.... But i mostly prefer the NOTA Studio Helmet head, it really looks good on it.

Disappointed when my Manipple heads didn't fit. Let's hope Manipple makes heads for it like they have now done for the Mafex Infinity War Cap.

"I can do this all day!" 👏🤣 This Mafex Cap is so good looking and I can see it becoming even more popular once a customizer or 3rd party produces some proper sized and detailed headsculpts for this figure 😎👍 even with all of its faults this Mafex Captain America is the best
