So what do you think, which class is more worth it on this route?

Whilst it is nice to fly onboard a widebody aircraft operating a one hour fifth freedom flight in Europe, the cost of upgrading to business class isn't worth it in my opinion. The service in business class is really disappointing on this flight. Is this made clear when you book this flight in business class?

Totally agree! Sadly it wasn’t made clear while booking…

I've been on this flight a couple of times. It's only 45 muntes and you are literally descending as soon as you finish climbing. Even so, they did serve drinks in Cloud 9 both times. Surprised they don't do so anymore. One time my bid to upgrade for only $60 was accepted. I don't think this 5th freedom right will be renewed as SAS has left Star Alliance, hence they don't bother. Shame.

Some airlines even manage a small service in 30 or even 20 minutes and that in economy, but yes, I didn't expect much either. It's just a bit disappointing... Nevertheless, it's nice to have a flight like this, so it's all the sadder when it's no longer served.
