Hi, I'm very disappointed... I collected about 6000 diamonds waiting for level 50 because it would release the hero characters. Well, they were released so I went and bought about 3, 4 ultra packs thinking that heroic character cards would be released, but no heroic cards came. in the "ultra pack" package it is written: (releases cards of legendary characters and heroes) I reached level 50 all the heroics were unlocked but no heroic cards came when the ultra pack was opened... is that right?? Just paying? Doesn't it come in ultra packs?

You need to proper unlock Heroic then you get Heroic card on ultra pack

I was also confused and pissed off. Later I read that the heroic character must be unlocked, i.e. at the first level, to receive cards from the Ultra pack.
