Headaches after stroke

I get headaches all the time after my stroke. Taking a Tylenol usually makes it go away

This hit home all to well for myself. I Suffered a major middle artery stroke and with the initial stroke it felt like a stabbing headache in my head.I often worry about having headaches now especially at not believing I might be having another one. Thankyou for yor information
