Well, not an maximum break as I expected, but at least you're got a 111 century break, and then you miss the pink ball. Anyways I like your videos with century breaks. 👍👍👍

you look like you are putting right hand side on many shots so the pots near the black look like you have sighted with too much angle. I suppose if you sight the same way every time and apply the same amount of side, then it doesn't really matter. But I could be wrong as the headcam may be slightly off to one side, giving this impression.

experience and instinct will tell you the truth... any aiming "method" is a good way to start with but never a good way to end with... you will eventually playing by your instinct

wow when you are in address position your line of aim is perfect something is wrong with my sighting can you please help me? i line up perfect but when in address position i am offline most of the times.... recently i moved the cue to the right side of my chin and i am online do you think its becaz of sighting ? i would realaly appreciate your help tnx,
@JohnTF
@JohnTF 7 жыл бұрын
Put a straight pot up and try different chin positions to see which gives you the correct sighting, then use this all the time. You should also check that when you are getting into position you're not adjusting your aim.

Does anyone have any tips on how to make my cue run through my bridge hand more smoothly. I find my cue gets sticky and really puts me off. Is rubbing the cue down a good idea?
@JohnTF
@JohnTF 7 жыл бұрын
Brian Weston try rubbing the cue down with a damp cloth or really fine iron wool. Alternatively you could play with a glove on your bridge hand.
@westietech6275
@westietech6275 7 жыл бұрын
John Foster Snooker thanks for the reply. Ive heard about the wire wool method i just didnt know if you had any other ideas. I will give the wire wool a try. Love the channel John keep it up.
@simonprices
@simonprices 7 жыл бұрын
I wouldn't use wire wool as you will sake the sealant off a cue or varnish depending on how treated. If its sticky with varnish you can take that off and just seal the wood with a sealant, or if it doesn't have varnish as most cues don't, you just need plain damp rag and a dry cloth to rub it off. Every so often use linseed oil on the wood.
